Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with patients and community partners is key to achieving that mission. CPHSHE is charged to lead inter-professional teams of faculty members, clinicians, and administrators to build an integrated, high-quality health care delivery system in collaboration with community partners with focused attention on the planning and implementation of the clinical, educational and research programs at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center-GW Health. CPHSHE will foster collaboration between clinical, academic, and research programs across all academic medical enterprise sites and with community partners to advance population health and health equity initiatives.
